Change Digital partners with a leading premium audio technology business to appoint a Head of Professional, EMEA. The role drives growth across professional audio and custom installation, shaping the regional strategy and strengthening distributor partnerships.

You will lead a team of account managers, influence product direction, and build senior relationships with distributors, integrators and consultants while representing Europe in global leadership forums.

Formación

• 10+ years' experience in the European professional audio, AV or custom installation market.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and P&L performance through distributor and integrator channels.
• Strong technical understanding of professional audio, AV systems and integration across residential and commercial-lite environments.
• Established network across European distributors, integrators and industry stakeholders.
• Experience leading, coaching or influencing sales and account management teams.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering or R&D teams to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and the right to work in the country of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional growth: Own the EMEA Professional strategy, annual plan and P&L to drive revenue and margin.
• Develop channel partnerships: Build distributor-led go-to-market strategies across residential and commercial-lite markets.
• Lead and develop the team: Coach and empower Professional Account Managers to improve performance.
• Influence product strategy: Work with Product, Engineering and R&D to shape roadmap priorities.
• Build strategic relationships: Develop senior partnerships with distributors, integrators, consultants and stakeholders.
• Represent EMEA globally: Act as the European voice in global leadership forums and align regional priorities.
• Drive market insight: Use data and industry trends to guide pricing, investment and positioning.
• Be an industry ambassador: Represent the business at trade shows and partner events.
