Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Head of Professional, EMEA to lead the Professional business across the region, spanning residential and commercial-lite installation markets. This senior hire blends deep audio knowledge with strategic vision, and will build a distributor-led growth strategy while elevating the Professional account team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, audio or acoustic technology, or related field.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Right to work in the country of employment.
• Industry certifications (CEDIA, AVIXA CTS or manufacturer-specific training) are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Professional strategy, annual plan and P&L with revenue and margin growth.
• Lead distributor-led go-to-market across custom installation channels.
• Develop relationships with distributors, integrators, consultants and industry bodies.
• Set commercial priorities by country and segment, balancing residential and commercial-lite opportunities.
• Guide pricing, investments, and channel and portfolio decisions using market insights.
• Lead and develop the Professional Account Managers, setting objectives and accountability.
• Raise the team’s capability and shape the structure as the business grows.
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering to represent EMEA Professional needs.
• Turn feedback into prioritized requirements for future product roadmap decisions.
• Represent Sonos Professional at industry events and partner forums.
