Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Professional Trainer for EMEA to bring educational moments to life across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for our partners in the Professional channel.

You will present engaging content in-person, via webinars, on-camera training and live events, adapting your style to various audiences while collaborating with global teams.

A background in consumer electronics, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the professional AV industry, selling, installing, or educating on industry technology and solutions.
• Demonstrated experience, and success with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations
• Language fluency in English
• The ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia for potential in-person training events on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Present engaging educational content verbally to both small and large audiences in a variety of formats.
• These formats include in-person events and meetings, live and pre-recorded webinars, on-camera video training, and live trade show events.
• Speak the operating languages of the audiences we connect with: Professional audio-video installation, retail consumer electronics, and more.
• Navigate and deploy different communications styles dependent on the audience.
• Work in a fast paced, ever changing environment that requires flexibility and compassion for both partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate remotely and in-person to innovate how the Sonos Global Training & Education Team connects with our audiences to make our training activities the most enjoyable and fulfilling educational experiences in the industry.
