Avolution is seeking a seasoned pre‑sales consultant to drive qualification and solution design in the EMEA sales cycle for the ABACUS platform. You will partner with Sales to shape future‑state architectures and demonstrate how ABACUS delivers value. You will lead demos, run POCs, respond to RFPs, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.

A strong CRM habit and content development will be expected. UK right to work is required with willingness to travel across EMEA; hybrid work from our

Qualifications

• Experience in pre‑sales or solution consulting for enterprise software.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, roadmapping and business capability modelling.
• Track record of running demos, POCs and RFP responses that win deals.
• Experience leading technical qualification with sales as a peer.
• Confident presenting to technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical qualification at the start of every opportunity.
• Ensure opportunities are fully qualified before demos or POCs.
• Agree scope and success criteria for demos and POCs with Sales and the prospect.
• Champion qualification framework and pre‑sales best practice.
• Run discovery and map requirements to ABACUS, designing tailored approaches.
• Support business case development and respond to RFPs/Tenders.
• Deliver product demonstrations and lead proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Be the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain CRM and keep pre‑sales tools and playbooks up to date.
