Job summary

Camlin Group in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, is seeking a Product Manager to drive hardware and embedded software solutions for the Low Voltage distribution space, working with DNOs. You will translate customer needs into requirements, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, operations and commercial teams to deliver new products and improvements.

Travel within the UK and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

3+ years in product management or systems engineering for hardware/embedded software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations and supply chain.
Desirable: exposure to power engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Maintain short- to medium-term product roadmaps.
Define business cases and prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility.
Analyse product performance, BOM costs and supply impacts on margins.
Translate problems into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality and supply chain to deliver improvements.
Support planning, release readiness, validation and field trials.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and support for launches and customer engagement.
