Job summary

Google is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to support YouTube partners in the EMEA region. You will troubleshoot technical issues, advocate for partners with cross-functional teams, and help enhance products and processes for better partner success.

You will work with partners across major creators and content owners, coordinate with engineers and product teams, and contribute to improved partner happiness and growth through scalable operations and regional insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical, business, or related field.
• 2 years in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• 2 years managing projects or programs with external executive stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French for a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to deliver partner-facing presentations for North African/Maghreb markets.
• Partner with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on YouTube product workflows and regional case studies.
• Track metrics, identify bugs or regional trends, and coordinate with product teams for resolution.
• Streamline workflows to reduce global consult volumes and improve partner experience.
