Job summary

Stuut is seeking an EMEA Partnerships Lead to build and scale our partnership channels across Europe. This will be the first partnerships hire in EMEA, responsible for developing strategic relationships, creating new revenue opportunities, and building the regional partnerships team.

The role focuses on Private Equity, Consulting & Advisory, and Hyperscaler Marketplaces, with a primary emphasis on private equity and consulting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in European private equity, investment banking, growth equity, or consulting.
• Strong relationships across the European private equity ecosystem, particularly with operating partners and value creation teams.
• Experience with Big 4 consulting, finance transformation, or transaction services is highly relevant.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships from the ground up and turn them into revenue-generating channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale EMEA partnerships: private equity, consulting, and hyperscaler marketplaces.
• Develop relationships with European PE firms and operating partners to drive adoption.
• Expand EY and Big 4 firm partnerships and establish relationships with finance transformation boutiques.
• Drive Gulf? no; drive hyperscaler partnerships with Microsoft seller teams across UK and EU to generate pipeline.
• Turn partnerships into measurable pipeline, sourced revenue, and ARR.
• Create the regional partnerships playbook, prioritize target firms, and establish joint go-to-market programs.
• Hire and manage the EMEA partnerships organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and global partnership leaders to accelerate growth.
