Job summary

Firstwork is building its European presence and is seeking a senior strategist to work in the Office of the CEO alongside the Chief of Staff. You will own the European half of the agenda, driving the market entry plan, board materials, and critical projects across pricing, partnerships, and operations.

You will operate with a bias for execution, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Product to localise go-to-market, support private equity relationships, and deliver tangible results across

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in tier-one strategy consulting or similar.
• Ability to build models from ambiguous questions and draft board-ready pages.
• Experience engaging PE partners, CFOs and operations heads in discussions.
• Experience across multiple European markets and a non-English language.
• Bias to execution; focus on delivering live entities and results.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools over spreadsheets when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Own European market entry plan from sequencing to first customers.
• Create board, investor, and partner materials with CEO and Chief of Staff.
• Support PE relationships and portfolio pipeline.
• Lead pricing, packaging and competitive analysis for Europe.
• Set operating cadence for the European team with metrics and weekly rhythm.
• Localize GTM with Sales, Marketing, Product (messaging, contracts, compliance).
• Tackle ad-hoc projects for the Office of the CEO.
