Job summary

Medius is seeking a Partner Technical Manager for the EMEA region to serve as the technical backbone of our partner ecosystem. You will enable System Integrators to deliver Medius implementations, keep their integrations aligned with standards, and build scalable training and certification programs across diverse markets.

You will report to the Lead Innovation Architect and help shape a ground-up certification framework and technical enablement strategy across ERP environments in EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role such as services or enablement.
• Experience with ERP integrations or AP/finance tech.
• Comfortable working with SI partners and customers.
• Ability to deliver training and clear technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with SI partners across EMEA — be their go-to for integration architecture and implementation challenges.
• Build and run a certification program for SI integrations in the region — define the standards, run assessments, and uphold quality.
• Deliver technical training on the Medius Partner Academy — translate complex product and integration knowledge into practical sessions.
• Provide hands-on technical support during partner-led projects — step in when things get complex or when a partner needs a second pair of eyes.
• Work closely with R&D's Connect team — bring partner feedback into product conversations and translate capabilities back to partners.
• Track partner technical health across EMEA: certification status, integration quality, delivery readiness.
• Support onboarding for new SI partners entering EMEA markets — accelerate ramp-up.
