Google LLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Strategic Partner Manager to nurture relationships with top UK YouTube creators and their teams, driving adoption of YouTube products and features to grow their businesses.

You will translate insights, collaborate with regional and global teams, and advocate for creators to deliver cross-functional initiatives that improve YouTube’s product, marketing, and ad sales offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience working with the YouTube platform and ecosystem.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong direct relationships with YouTube creators and their teams.
• Drive activation of new product features, track business metrics and insights, and execute legal agreements.
• Produce analyses, reviews and recommendations to optimize performance and communicate key partner metrics and business plans to both creators and YouTube leadership.
• Advocate internally for creators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and lead projects to enhance overall creator experience and foster the creator ecosystem, ensuring strong brand/reputation management.
