Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to provide YouTube support to major partners in EMEA, tackling localized technical issues and advocating for partner needs across teams. You will become a product expert, analyze trends, and help drive improvements to partner experience.

You will collaborate with Partner Managers and Engineers to deliver region-specific insights, contribute to cross-functional solutions, and support channel growth while maintaining high-quality partner relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services and troubleshooting.
• 2 years of project or program management with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to conduct deep-dives and deliver partner-facing presentations for North Africa/Maghreb regional markets.
• Partner internally with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on YouTube product workflows, sharing growth insights and documenting regional case studies.
• Track key metrics, identify technical bugs or localized root-cause trends, and coordinate resolution with product teams.
• Streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to reduce global consult volumes.
