Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues.
Collaborate with Partner Managers to present to French and Spanish speaking regional markets.
Partner with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on product workflows, sharing growth insights.
Track metrics, identify bugs or root-cause trends, coordinate with product teams.
Streamline workflows and reduce global consult volumes.
