Google LLC is seeking a YouTube Partner Operations Manager to support major partners across EMEA, including music labels and media companies. You will become a product expert, troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues, and advocate for partners to cross‑functional teams.

This role emphasizes strong communication in English, Arabic and French, project management with external stakeholders, and driving tools and process improvements to enhance partner happiness and growth.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical customer and product issues.
2 years of experience in managing projects or programs, engaging with external executive stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in English, Arabic and French fluently.

Mansioni

Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues to maximize their platform performance.
Collaborate with Partner Managers to conduct deep‑dives and deliver partner‑facing presentations tailored to North African/Maghreb regional markets.
Partner internally with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on YouTube product workflows, sharing growth insights and documenting regional case studies.
Track key quantitative/qualitative metrics, identify technical bugs or localized root‑cause trends, and coordinate resolution with product teams.
Streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to reduce global consult volumes.
