Job summary

You will translate insights, collaborate with regional and global teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve YouTube's product, marketing and ad sales offerings. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment focusing on creator growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience working with the YouTube platform and ecosystem.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong direct relationships with YouTube creators and their teams.
• Drive activation of new product features, track business metrics and insights, and execute legal agreements.
• Produce analyses, reviews and recommendations to optimize performance and communicate key partner metrics and business plans to both creators and YouTube leadership.
• Advocate internally for creators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and lead projects to enhance overall creator experience and foster the creator ecosystem, ensuring strong brand/reputation management.
