Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a YouTube Partner Operations Manager to support major partners in EMEA, with fluency in English, Spanish and French. You will troubleshoot, manage projects, and advocate for partners with cross-functional teams to improve tooling and processes.

You will work within the Creator Success Operations group, focusing on high-quality partner support, platform education, and channel growth, while collaborating with Partner Managers and Engineers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years in technical customer support or client services, incl. troubleshooting.
• 2 years in project/program management with external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, Spanish and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to deliver partner-facing presentations for French and Spanish markets.
• Partner with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on product workflows and regional case studies.
• Track metrics, identify bugs or trends, and coordinate with product teams for fixes.
• Streamline workflows to reduce global consult volumes and improve efficiency.
