Job summary

You will manage MDF budgets, design demand gen campaigns, and align activity to Zebra's 2026 strategic goals. This role requires a strong, global mindset and experience across multiple EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with partner/channel focus.
• Proven ownership of pipeline targets, with ROI accountability.
• Experience with MDF or co-marketing budgets at scale.
• Direct experience with ISVs and software GTM motions.
• Experience deploying tiered partner engagement frameworks across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA channel marketing contribution to pipeline with clear targets.
• Lead implementation of a tiered channel marketing model across partners.
• Design joint demand generation campaigns with ROI expectations.
• Manage MDF and co-marketing investments across EMEA.
• Own ISV marketing strategy end-to-end and guide partner Build/Market/Sell lifecycle.
• Align marketing activity to Zebra's 2026 goals and collaborate with Sales & Demand Gen.
