Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to own the EMEA channel marketing program and ISV partner marketing strategy. You will drive pipeline and revenue through scalable frameworks and partner collaboration.

Reporting to regional leaders, you will guide FMMs and CMMs, design joint demand gen activities, manage MDF budgets, and align marketing tactics with Zebra's growth goals across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with partner/channel focus.
• Proven ownership of pipeline targets and revenue impact.
• Experience managing MDF or co-marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
• Experience with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA channel marketing contribution to pipeline with measurable revenue targets.
• Lead the rollout of a differentiated channel marketing model across EMEA partners.
• Design and run joint demand generation campaigns, from top-tier to long tail.
• Manage MDF/co-marketing investment and tie spend to outcomes.
• Lead and guide Field Marketing Managers and Channel Marketing Managers in region.
• Own EMEA ISV marketing strategy end-to-end and align ISV plans to targets.
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Demand Marketing for integrated GTM.
