Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Partner Development Lead Manager to drive the Android Enterprise partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Business Development, Enablement, Engagement, and Solutions Engineering to onboard, train and validate Partners and ensure high-quality support for customers.

The role requires experience with IT partner programs and mobility ecosystems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with Channel Partner Programs at IT vendors.
• Mobility partner ecosystem experience (carriers, resellers, device manufacturers, EMM, security vendors) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare regional reports showing Partner Expertise validation status by priority, product and partner.
• Develop training targets by quarter/year with the Business Development team.
• Create a regional training plan to validate Partner Expertise requirements.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly status reports on Partner validation.
• Support P0/P1 Partners through their validation journey with Enablement leads.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Engagement, and Business Development teams to track onboarding and validation status.
• Guide Partners toward available resources like training, docs, knowledge base, and forums.
