Job summary

Datadog’s Partner Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive regional programs with cloud providers and channel partners in EMEA. You will own and execute marketing plans to boost partner engagement, generate leads, and raise Datadog’s profile within the partner ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, shaping Datadog’s partner presence at conferences and events while translating data into ROI narratives.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in marketing, preferably partner or high-tech B2B.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Italian/Spanish/Arabic are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs (webinars, demand campaigns, enablement sessions, events).
• Set cross-team strategy with product, demand gen, and partnerships teams.
• Drive partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Build the regional partner ecosystem and coordinate field alignment across regions.
• Track ROI and OKRs; report on performance to leadership.
