Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in People Ops, L&D, Enablement, Onboarding, or related instructional design role with curriculum ownership
• Hands-on instructional and curriculum design for global audiences
• Experience translating content into LMS modules
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Recruiting, Legal, People Ops/Enablement
• Confident facilitator able to lead large cohorts including executives
• Data-informed approach using feedback to drive curriculum iterations
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Design and translate onboarding content into structured curricula with objectives and sequencing
• Create facilitator playbooks and train-the-trainer materials for scalable onboarding
• Manage onboarding materials in the LMS and keep content up to date
• Develop differentiated onboarding journeys for diverse populations (executives, remote staff)
• Support automation to scale the onboarding program and improve processes
• Own EMEA onboarding facilitation and ensure welcoming experiences for new hires
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, L&D, Enablement to deliver a best-in-class onboarding program
• Iterate curriculum based on new-hire and facilitator feedback and close gaps
• Suggest improvements to onboarding workflows and related systems
