Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. You will elevate customer voices—writing, video, and references—and build communities and programs that bring customers and the legal and professional services community together.

You will adapt global playbooks for Europe, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and help write the region's customer marketing motion from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing or community, ideally in B2B SaaS/tech/professional services.
• Proven end-to-end content production; strong writing and interviewing skills; credible with senior leaders.
• Experience building or running events, customer communities and advocacy programmes.
• Strong relationship instincts and ability to build trust with customers, Sales and Customer Success.
• Highly organised and operationally rigorous; manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with using AI to scale your own work.
• Experience marketing to legal/financial/consulting or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus; additional European languages help.

Responsibilities

• Localise global EMEA motion for markets, customers and culture.
• Build the EMEA customer story pipeline and secure participation.
• Tell stories through written, video, quotes end-to-end to a high standard.
• Package stories for channels with localised reach for priority markets.
• Develop an advocate bench of EMEA customers for references and speakers.
• Design and run EMEA community programmes and events.
• Create repeatable playbooks for story production and community operating rhythm.
• Measure impact: stories produced, reference activity, pipeline contribution.
