Harvey is seeking a senior leader to head its Legal Engineering teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will manage Legal Engineering Managers, shape regional strategy, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact outcomes for Harvey’s in-house clients.

The role requires deep PQE, proven leadership of large teams, and a track record of building scalable processes in fast-moving environments.

Formación

• PQE 12+ years with top-tier law firm or in-house experience.
• Experience leading managers and large teams.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships across business units.
• Experience across corporate, litigation, investigations, regulatory, compliance and legal operations.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and scale Harvey's Legal Engineering Managers and teams across EMEA.
• Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms to deliver outcomes at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Act as trusted advisor to law firm and legal department leaders; influence senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational performance through planning, resources, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Harvey's Legal Engineering.
