Harvey is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to scale our EMEA field marketing motion as it grows from early foundations into a repeatable, region-wide program. You’ll own first-party and third-party events, from executive dinners to conferences, partnering with Sales to drive pipeline, account engagement, and revenue impact.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple markets.

Formación

• 4–7 years in field marketing or event marketing in B2B SaaS or professional services.
• Experience planning and executing events that support pipeline, lead generation, account engagement, or revenue impact.
• Strong Sales partnership instincts.
• Autonomous work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and multi-event coordination.
• Comfortable formalizing early-stage processes and making them stronger.
• Ability to connect event activity to GTM priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on from strategy and planning through onsite execution and follow-up.
• Familiarity with AI tooling is highly desirable.
• Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise audiences is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Scale the EMEA field marketing engine: build on playbooks, processes, planning rhythms, agency model, vendor bench, and measurement foundations.
• Plan and execute high-quality field programmes: manage third-party conferences and first-party events end to end.
• Partner with GTM: collaborate with Sales and customer-facing teams to prioritise markets, accounts, audiences, and event formats.
• Raise the quality bar for Harvey shows up: enhance booth experiences, onsite execution, pre-event targeting, attendee briefing, Sales enablement, follow-up.
• Make event motions scalable: determine sponsorships, hosting, package choices, attendee lists, Sales actions, and post-event measurement.
• Own execution details: manage budgets, logistics, vendors, agencies, timelines, staffing, swag, onsite delivery, lead capture, follow-up.
• Measure and improve impact: track performance and feed learnings back into the shared EMEA field plan.
