Harvey AI in London is seeking an innovative Senior Customer Marketing Manager to elevate EMEA customers by telling their stories, celebrating wins, and building community around them. Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, content marketing or community, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology or professional services.
• Proven experience producing content end to end. Excellent writer and interviewer, with the judgement to find the real story and the credibility to earn trust with senior legal and business leaders.
• Experience building or running events, customer communities and advocacy programmes.
• Strong relationship instincts: you enjoy spending time with customers and build trust quickly with them, Sales and Customer Success.
• Highly organised and operationally rigorous, with the ability to run multiple stories, programmes and stakeholders at once.
• Comfortable working autonomously and building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with using AI to scale your own work.
• Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus. Additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Localise the global motion for EMEA: tailor programmes, playbooks and frameworks for EMEA markets, customers and culture.
• Build the EMEA customer story pipeline: find standout customers, secure participation and approvals, keep stories in production.
• Tell their stories: own written, video stories, quotes and references end to end to a high standard.
• Get the stories seen: package for channels, localised for priority markets, and enable Sales with usable assets.
• Build the advocate bench: roster of EMEA customers as references, speakers, panellists and connectors.
• Build EMEA community programmes: design and run power user groups, roundtables and recognisable moments.
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes: story production workflow, approvals, reference tracking, operating rhythm.
• Measure and improve impact: track stories, reference activity, community engagement, pipeline contribution.
