Job summary

HID Global is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, EMEA for Linen Management Solutions. The role focuses on winning new accounts and growing existing ones, with emphasis on HID Acuity RFID linen solutions across hospitality, industrial laundry, and linen suppliers.

You will forecast pipelines, represent HID at events, and collaborate with leadership, product marketing, and partners to drive growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Laundry/Hospitality/Linen business segment.
• RFID Sales experience selling RFID components and platform products is a plus.
• Complex sales methodology training is preferred.
• Experience selling into Distributors, VARs, Integrators and direct OEMs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and teamwork.
• Strong out of the box thinking with multitasking ability and deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong planning and prioritization.
• Presentations and industry content development skills.
• Proficient in English and French communications; CRM/automation tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively build sales pipeline with Hospitality, Linen Supplier, and Industrial Laundry verticals.
• Develop opportunities in current accounts and forecast pipeline accurately.
• Collaborate with leadership, regional sales, product management, and marketing for growth.
• Represent HID at trade shows and events; prepare speaking sessions as needed.
• Provide competitive analytics and market insights to regional sales teams.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce on a regular basis.
• Train and support regional sales teams and HID business development.
• Ensure alignment with reseller channels and partner ecosystems.
• Perform other duties as deemed by sales management.
