Job summary

Accruent seeks a Managing Director, EMEA to lead regional growth, customer success, and organizational effectiveness. This senior leader will oversee direct sales, account management, customer success, solutions consulting, and partner engagement, shaping strategy and accelerating SaaS growth across Europe.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to drive growth via direct and partner channels while ensuring alignment with global priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience running a region or large business unit in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success leading commercial functions including sales, account management, customer success, and pre‑sales.
• Strong understanding of European markets across UK, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, France and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA direct sales and account management to achieve ARR, retention, bookings, and pipeline targets.
• Set regional strategy aligned with global priorities and drive go‑to‑market execution.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Support, and Engineering to improve product‑market fit.
• Build and coach high‑performing teams across revenue, customer success, and technical functions.
• Develop partnerships and align direct and partner‑led growth for regional expansion.
