Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Retail, to lead the Retail vertical across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will own the sales strategy, build a robust pipeline, and engage retailers and partners to drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, direct customer engagement, and collaboration with product, engineering and marketing. Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in Retail sales, strong RFID/ID solution experience, and a demonstrable ability to manage complex

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of sales or business development within the Retail market or adjacencies.
• Proven track record of driving new business and growth targets in solution-based sales.
• Experience with RFID and integrated hardware/software/services in workflows.
• Experience engaging with partners and multiple stakeholders across operations, IT and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Retail vertical sales strategy across EMEA, aligned with BU growth.
• Build and convert a pipeline across asset tracking, safety, logistics and visibility use cases.
• Engage customers and partners to support solution-driven opportunities and deal progression.
• Develop and support a partner ecosystem including system integrators, OEMs and ISVs.
• Contribute to routes to market with partner-led and direct sales activities.
• Manage sales cycles from discovery to proposal and closure with senior support when needed.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing for position and adoption.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to refine the vertical approach.
