Fieldguide, a remote-first software company, seeks a founding Implementation Consultant for the EMEA region. You will deliver onboarding across customers, managing from handoff to value realization, and partner with Success, Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Enablement to represent customer needs.

You will drive adoption, build repeatable practices, and operate with minimal oversight as the inaugural EMEA hire, delivering high-ownership customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering risk advisory or tech risk engagements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST).
• OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top firm or startup.
• Strong consulting skills to help complex organisations succeed as trusted advisor.

Responsabilités

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement across all phases of their implementation.
• Create a plan outlining customer goals and activities to meet them; review progress regularly.
• Cultivate customer champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge within the account.
• Be the link between customers and Fieldguide’s Engineering, Product, Design, Enablement, and Sales.
• Identify risks and develop decisive action plans to mitigate them.
• Document progress with customer case studies, new use cases and success metrics.
