Canonical is hiring a Regional HR Manager for EMEA to join the People team in a remote-first organization. You will lead the EMEA HR professionals, ensuring precise and compliant operations, partnering with senior leadership to manage the entire employee lifecycle across multiple countries.

You will use data to inform decisions, advance diversity and inclusion, and design HR policies while coaching managers. Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events is expected.

Qualifications

• HR experience leading regional initiatives across multiple countries in a tech business.
• People management experience with senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive HR strategy.
• Experience in a remote-first organization and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment law across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Lead Canonical's regional HR team across the EMEA region.
• Provide precise, compliant HR operations and partner with senior management.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, onboarding, culture and engagement.
• Advise managers on employee relations and training programs.
• Design policies and drive DEI initiatives globally with the business.
