Job summary

225 Quantum Storage UK is seeking an EMEA HR Lead to support employees across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and other EMEA countries, ensuring policy compliance, discreet handling of sensitive information, and strong representation at touchpoints.

You will streamline talent acquisition and employee engagement processes, provide day-to-day HR support, manage internal stakeholder communications, and uphold integrity, ownership, and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in France, Germany, Belgium, and the UK.
• Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong discretion with confidential information.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and processes, including documentation, implementation, and compliance tracking.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR team and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support employer culture and branding initiatives, and employee experience programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations across the region.
• Manage internal stakeholder communications and follow-ups.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
