Job summary

monday.com is seeking an EMEA People Partner & Employee Relations Lead to manage employee relations and statutory compliance across six countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, and Switzerland. The role blends ER casework with HRBP responsibilities and requires strong cross-country experience and policy leadership.

You will work independently to drive cases, lead works council activity, and partner with Legal and local leadership to ensure lawful, scalable HR practices

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; French spoken/written highly preferred.
• 4+ years of international HR Business Partner experience across multiple countries.
• Experience managing works council relationships.
• Strong compliance/statutory background with guidance for managers.
• Structured, highly organized with ability to manage multiple jurisdictions.
• Independent, collaborative, and commercially fluent in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own employee relations across six countries, investigating, documenting, and resolving cases.
• Lead works council activities and ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy.
• Policy management: update handbooks and SOPs to reflect law and scalable practices.
• Run regular compliance audits and training for managers on hiring, termination, and people practices.
• Provide day-to-day People Business Partnering to assigned groups; coach managers on performance and talent.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance, and other People teams to ensure consistent policy application.
