Ant International is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to deliver end-to-end HR services across multiple EMEA countries. You will manage employee data, ensure GDPR compliance, and partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance and IT to support payroll and daily HR operations.

Join a global team driving continuous improvement, simplifying processes and enhancing HR systems, while guiding policies and ensuring local employment law compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within an international organisation
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems and managing HR data with accuracy
• Solid understanding of HR operations, payroll, employment law and GDPR
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Continuous improvement mindset using data to enhance processes and employee experience

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle for multiple EMEA countries
• Manage employee data and HR systems with high data integrity and GDPR compliance
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT and external vendors to support payroll and day-to-day HR ops
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and enhancing HR systems
• Act as a trusted HR Operations expert guiding policies and compliance
