Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Manager to establish and lead our EMEA People Compliance function from London. You will partner with Employment Legal, Privacy and PX teams to translate regulatory changes into practical policies and controls across the region.

In this role you will oversee Right to Work, immigration, background screening and data governance, driving continuous improvement and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR or People compliance experience within a global framework.
• Strong knowledge of employment compliance, policy governance and risk management.
• Experience translating legal requirements into practical policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA HR Compliance framework, governance and reporting.
• Partner with Employment Legal to translate regulatory changes into scalable policies.
• Oversee Right to Work, immigration and background screening for the region.
• Manage data privacy governance, retention and DSAR processes across platforms.
• Coordinate audits and SOX controls; support M&A due diligence as needed.
• Drive capability, automation and continuous improvement across PX.
