Job summary

Vantage Data Centers UK Management Company Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Relations for the EMEA region. The role leads ER delivery across UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Poland, guiding managers through investigations, performance matters, absences and sensitive employee conversations while coordinating with Legal counsel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in ER, investigations, consultation or employment risk.
• Experience leading ER case delivery, governance, triage, escalation and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law, consultation and employee representative processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA ER casework model from intake to closure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coach managers on PIPs, conduct, absence and sensitive employee conversations.
• Prepare evidence packs, chronologies, redaction logs and counsel instructions; liaise with Legal.
