Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a global manufacturing business on a 3‑month interim basis. You will work within the EMEA HR team, delivering pragmatic HR guidance and managing employee relations across the business.

This hands‑on role covers contracts, onboarding, policy queries, and governance, with home‑based work in the South West region and a pro rata salary of around £45,000.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor experience in a busy organisation.
• Strong employee relations knowledge with case management experience.
• Experience producing contracts, offers and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers.
• Manage employee relations cases including absence, performance, conduct, grievance and probation.
• Prepare contracts, offers, and HR correspondence.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle administration and HR governance activities.
• Respond to HR policy queries and coach managers on people processes.
• Support year-end performance and people processes.
• Review and improve HR templates and processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders.
