Mercury Systems is seeking an accomplished commercial leader to shape and lead our growth strategy across EMEA. Reporting to the SVP Growth, with a dotted line to the VP/GM EMEA, this high-impact leadership role will take responsibility for the complete Growth function across our EMEA locations.

The successful candidate will develop our go-to-market strategy, strengthen senior customer and industry relationships, lead capture and bid activity, and build a thriving, organically growing EMEA

• Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles.
• Experience shaping growth strategies across EMEA or similar regions.
• Ability to develop and implement go-to-market plans.

• Create and deliver the EMEA Growth strategy.

• Own regional go-to-market, capture and bid strategies.
