Temporal is seeking a Commercial Sales Director to scale the Commercial segment across EMEA. You will build and mentor a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives, shape territory and pipeline strategies, and partner with Marketing, CS, Solutions, and Product to deliver customer value in a PLG, consumption-based environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, results, and customer-centric leadership, with a focus on velocity, quality, and scalable structures across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS sales including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading diverse teams in high-growth environments.
• Success selling technical products with PLG/consumption-based models.
• Ability to craft and execute territory and pipeline plans with strong sales metrics.

• Champion a high-performing Commercial Account Executive team, growing from 0 to 10+ members.
• Mentor team members with clear goals and a collaborative culture.
• Develop territory and pipeline strategies for near-term and long-term success.
• Lead proactive pipeline generation with Marketing and regional field engagements.
• Collaborate to evolve the sales playbook, processes, and team structure to fit PLG/consumption models.
• Influence incentive models and segmentation to unlock scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, and Product.
