Medtronic is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead for the EMEA Service business to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth across the region. You will shape service offerings, leverage market insights, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The role combines strategic marketing, commercial planning, and sales enablement with a focus on customer engagement and market expansion.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, product marketing or business development.
Proven success in regional or multinational marketing strategies.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong use of market insights, customer research and competitive analysis.
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Define and enhance service offerings to support revenue growth, market expansion and customer value.
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, competitive activity and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Lead service sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, engagement activities, and sales tools.
Support digital marketing, communications, branding, conferences, and customer engagement activities across the service business.
Partner with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to align priorities.
Develop business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to support growth.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend actions to improve commercial effectiveness and market impact.
