Job summary

Box is hiring a Head of Demand & Growth Marketing, EMEA, based in London. Lead a two-person team to shape regional demand, pipeline health and revenue growth across EMEA, translating global strategy into localized programs and controls.

You will modernise demand creation, drive account engagement and own channel investments to deliver measurable outcomes. We expect 10+ years in leadership, strong analytics, and hands-on usage of intent platforms and orchestration tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles in growth marketing or similar.
• Experience owning full-funnel growth across multiple digital channels.
• Experience inspecting pipeline beyond channel metrics and regional targets.
• Commercial mindset linking marketing to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of EMEA market differences and channel adaptation.
• Experience leading adoption and change across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Hands-on with intent platforms and orchestration tools.
• Ability to build trust with global stakeholders while bringing structure and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Translate EMEA strategic motions into demand plans and measurable outcomes.
• Define demand and growth path to target for EMEA motions.
• Advise regional marketers on channel strategy and demand implications.
• Modernise demand creation and improve engagement using AI-enabled workflows.
• Own growth-channel performance, budget and forecast across digital channels.
• Lead and develop the Senior Campaigns Manager and Senior Digital Campaigns Specialist.
