Job summary

LRN, a fast-growing SaaS company delivering ethics and compliance management, seeks a Global Marketing Director for EMEA in London. You will shape and lead demand generation, inbound and outbound campaigns, and build a best-in-class marketing function across the UK, Europe, Nordics, and UAE.

You will manage budgets, partner with sales, and drive pipeline through strategic planning, MarTech optimization, events, content, and ABM programs, while mentoring teams in a matrix structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 8+ years in B2B marketing with demand/lead generation focus.
• 3+ years building campaigns in HubSpot; 3+ years ABM program management.
• Ability to operate across multiple markets, cultures, and languages.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and scaling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage demand generation programs across the full lifecycle.
• Lead inbound/outbound marketing to create and grow pipeline.
• Develop localized experiences across markets with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage regional events, measurement, and budget for key channels.
• Optimize MarTech stack usage and drive experimentation for performance.
• Report on performance to leadership and adjust strategies accordingly.
