Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our evolving EMEA PMO. Lead a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects, driving governance, structure and visibility across the portfolio.

You will partner with senior leaders, balance priorities, manage budgets and risks, and help mature a global operating model while delivering meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology, business transformation or operational change projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse teams and functions.
• Experience with PMO governance, structure and process improvements.
• PMO governance frameworks and project delivery experience preferred.
• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation through delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions, brands and geographies.
• Support PMO governance, standards and delivery best practices.
• Provide visibility of project status, risks, priorities and resources.
• Prioritise work to align with business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and maturity of the EMEA PMO.
• Roll out global PMO governance and project delivery standards.
• Deliver technology, operational and transformation projects.
• Navigate changing priorities and evolving requirements with momentum.
• Support organisational change and operating model transformation.
• Provide structure and clarity in fast-moving environments.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets and timelines.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and clear communication across lifecycles.
• Monitor progress and maintain governance controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Support regional and global transformation programmes as required.
