Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced PMO/Transformation professional to lead integration planning and execution across EMEA. You will manage multi-country, cross-functional workstreams, drive TSA exit readiness, and ensure milestones, owners and dependencies are aligned with TSA exit dates.

The role requires strong governance design, risk management and executive reporting skills, with travel across EMEA and to the USA as needed. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's an advantage.
• Formal project or program management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent). 5+ years in project/program management, including cross-functional programs in multi-country environments.
• Direct experience in post-merger integration, carve-out, TSA exit or major system migration is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Integrate planning across EMEA workstreams with milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Support TSA exit planning and ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Facilitate cross-country workshops and drive actions to closure.
• Own the EMEA plan across workstreams and governance across functions.
• Drive delivery by holding owners to commitments and identifying recovery actions.
• Manage RAID logs, risk/issues/dependencies and governance.
• Provide concise leadership reporting and executive-ready materials.
• Engage country inputs and surface local constraints.
• Document processes and establish PMO standards and trackers.
