Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream programme, including the M&E integration with Dynamics and finance systems. You will coordinate across tech teams, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with Product Managers to ensure value delivery.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a collaborative approach across global teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong Agile delivery experience and Azure DevOps leadership.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and governance across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical delivery of multi-workstream projects.
• Coordinate dependencies across Technology teams and stakeholders.
• Lead planning sessions, risk reviews and governance forums.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to translate requirements into delivery outcomes.
