Job summary

BD in Winnersh, UK, is seeking a seasoned project/program leader for a 24-30 month contract to drive cross‑functional integration. You will own the EMEA plan, facilitate TSA exit workshops, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver concise leadership reporting.

The role requires multi‑country experience, robust governance design, and strong stakeholder communication. Fluent English and willingness to travel within EMEA/USA are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross‑functional programs in multi‑country environments.
• Experience with post‑merger integration, TSA exit or major system migration is highly valued.
• Formal project/program management qualifications and consulting/Big 4 experience are advantageous.
• Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own an integrated multi‑workstream plan with milestones and owners.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and convert outputs into actions.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive risk and dependency management across teams.
• Consolidate country input and standardise PMO documentation and reporting.
