Job summary

Fireworks is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, to architect and execute field and experiential programs that accelerate deals and strengthen brand presence across the region. You will lead end-to-end event planning, collaborate with sales leadership, and establish scalable playbooks for pipeline growth.

You will design audience-focused strategies, measure event impact, and help build a repeatable engine for pipeline and brand in a fast-growing AI enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech.
• Experience with executive-facing events and ABM motions is preferred.
• Strong data-driven approach with ROI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop Fireworks AI's EMEA field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and pipeline goals.
• Plan and execute end-to-end events including executive experiences, large-format conferences, trade shows and user conferences.
• Build pre-, day-of, and post-event engagement to maximize registrations and follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on territory and account strategy for field programs.
• Track ROI and provide data-driven recommendations to improve impact of field events.
• Mentor junior field marketing team members as the function grows.
