Job summary

Salesforce in London seeks a regional field marketing lead for the Platform business across EMEA and the UK & Ireland, including Agentforce. You will own the full-funnel plan and the marketing-driven pipeline for the region, building relationships with senior security, IT and data leaders.

You’ll design and execute high-touch executive events, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to drive revenue and growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing.
• Experience designing and delivering high-touch, in-person executive events for C-level and senior buyers.
• Ability to manage a budget, quarterly plan and KPIs across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the regional field marketing strategy and quarterly plan to generate pipeline and revenue growth across events, digital and organic activity.
• Design and host executive forums, CISO roundtables and Gartner summits to drive security-led deals.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales leaders and the UK&I field leader to align priorities, target accounts and follow-up; report results with a clear business story.
