You will own strategy, planning and execution of hosted events, trade shows, executive dinners, and flagship user conferences, collaborating with sales and leadership to accelerate deals.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS field marketing, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field and experiential marketing in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events across portfolios.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership on account-based strategies.
• Excellent communication and ROI measurement capabilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Fireworks AI's EMEA field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and pipeline goals.
• Plan and execute end-to-end events including executive experiences, large-scale educational events, trade shows, co-sponsored activations, and flagship conferences.
• Build pre-event, on-site, and post-event engagement to maximize registrations and sales follow-up.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory and account-level event strategy for ABM.
• Track ROI and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on field investments.
• Mentor and guide junior field marketing team members as the function grows.
