Upwind Security, Inc. is seeking a detailed, energetic Field Marketing Events Specialist to drive our programs across EMEA.

This hands‑on role partners with regional sales, vendors, and the global marketing team to bring conferences, dinners, workshops, and meetups to life, while managing invitations, registrations, shipments, and onsite logistics. You’ll track performance, coordinate budgets, and ensure brand consistency across events, campaigns, and experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience coordinating events, meetings, conferences, or hospitality programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with vendors, venues, and event production partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of field marketing programs across EMEA.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and registrations.
• Manage swag, shipments, and onsite logistics for events across EMEA.
• Support onsite event execution, including setup, registration, and teardown.
• Collaborate with sales teams to recruit attendees and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with partners on co-sponsored events and activations.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, and program documentation.
