Job summary

Fireworks AI is expanding its Marketing team in the EMEA region, seeking a seasoned Field Marketing Manager to shape and run our field and experiential activities. You will own strategy, events, and measurement to accelerate deals and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Leadership, and cross-functional partners to design experiences and scalable playbooks, delivering tangible pipeline impact and repeatable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field or event marketing in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end field programs and events.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Partnerships and leadership.
• Excellent communication and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop Fireworks AI's EMEA field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and pipeline goals.
• Plan and execute hosted events, executive experiences, trade shows, activations, and user conferences.
• Create pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement to maximize registrations and follow-ups.
• Partner with sales on territory and account-based marketing motions.
• Track ROI and provide data-driven recommendations for field investments.
• Mentor junior field marketing team members as the function grows.
