Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Field Enablement to lead a team of Field Enablement Managers across the EMEA region.

You will partner with Sales, SDR, and CS leadership to translate regional priorities into a coordinated enablement plan, raising program quality and impact. As the first people leader for the EMEA enablement function, you will develop leadership capabilities and drive scalable, outcomes-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, or related GTM roles.
• Experience managing people directly, including hiring, onboarding, and scaling a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Field Enablement Managers across EMEA.
• Set enablement strategy and priorities in partnership with Sales, SDR, and CS leadership.
• Ensure high-quality delivery standards, coaching rigor, and program effectiveness.
• Translate regional priorities into a coordinated enablement plan across markets and segments.
• Partner with regional and global leaders to align with Field Enablement standards.
• Coach leaders to turn field listening into actionable insights and priorities.
